Terms & Conditions POLICIES: 1. All our blanks come with a internal flaw guarantee.( This does not apply to manufacturer or factory bulk orders) 2. Most blanks will be mailed in 48 hours. Some international orders could take longer .Personal checks will be excepted but must allow time to clear. Regarding international shipping; if your country is not listed please contact us for a quotation. All international shipments are by usps airmail parcel post. This method has proven to be the most reliable and fastest way to ship blanks. 3. If you provide an email address you may receive inventory updates from us. 4. No trade items will be accepted. 5. Returned checks will incur a $30.00 processing fee. 6. Customer Photos will not be returned . The photos may be posted on our web site. If we receive photos you the customer are granting luxus permission to publish the photo on the web site. 7. The responsibility for clearing customs is the customers. Luxus will not be liable for any claim due to a customs clearing problem. Please check with customs officials prior to placing an order . 8. Ohio residence will pay an estimated 7% sales tax . Please notify us regarding the county of residence so that we may calculate the actual tax. 9. No other discounts apply when purchasing "Spot Light Blanks" These blanks are already highly discounted 10. Customers are responsible for the care of the blank once it is in their possesion. Blanks should be stored in a dry shaded enviroment to avoid cracking. Any blank that has cracked from neglect or abuse will not be replaced free of charge.
RETURN POLICY Because we at Luxus Walnut are confident that we are dealing in the finest wood the world has to offer for your gunstock needs we stand behind our blanks 100%. If you turn your blanks and an internal flaw is encountered that is not repairable , simply return the blank with a photocopy of your original receipt and a blank of equal quality well be promptly sent to you or your stockmaker.
